Websites for dental practices.

Patients choosing a dentist are weighing up nerves, cost and convenience all at once. The website needs to answer all three before it asks anyone to book.

What matters here

How patients choose a practice.

Most dental searches are local and comparative. People look at two or three practices and pick the one that feels most reassuring.

Treatment pages answer the questions

Implants, aligners, whitening and veneers are researched individually. A page per treatment – what it involves, what it costs, how long it takes – meets people at the point they are deciding.

Reassurance matters as much as information

Plain explanation of what happens, who will be treating them and what the practice looks like inside does more to reassure an anxious patient than any offer.

Booking has to be effortless

Most dental traffic is on a phone. A visible phone number, opening hours and a short booking or callback request work far better than a long contact form.

A sensible structure

What a dental website usually needs.

Enough detail to answer the obvious questions, arranged so nobody has to hunt for the important bits.

Questions

Worth knowing.

Can patients book online?

We can put a booking request or callback form on the site, and where your practice management software offers online booking we can link or embed it. If you would like a deeper integration with your clinical system, we can look at what is possible with you.

Should we publish our prices?

It is usually worth showing from-prices at least. Cost is one of the first things patients want to know, and clear pricing tends to bring better-informed enquiries.

Can we show before and after photos?

Yes, and they are persuasive. You will need the right patient consent in place – we will build the galleries, you supply the imagery you are comfortable publishing.

Can we update our opening hours ourselves?

You can, but you do not have to. Send us the change and we will make it – that is part of the service.

Tell us about your website.

A few lines about the business and what you need it to do is plenty to start.
