Bicester Arc
Bicester Arc is a 48-acre commercial development in Oxfordshire, home to occupiers across defence, deep tech, life sciences and more. We built a marketing site that speaks to every sector while keeping the wider development consistent.
The brief
The development had to appeal to very different occupiers – from defence contractors to life-sciences start-ups – without the site becoming generic or fragmented. It also had to grow easily as new phases and sectors came online.
The build
We built a sector-led structure in WordPress: a clear top level for the development, then dedicated routes into each industry. Reusable sector templates, multi-level navigation and a downloads and news library let the marketing team add phases and content without a developer.
