Runtime Recruiting builds engineering teams for SaaS and venture-backed companies. The site works for two audiences - candidates and employers - behind a confident, developer-flavoured brand.
The brief
Recruitment sites often talk to candidates and employers at once and serve neither. Runtime also offers several hiring models and a live jobs board that has to stay fast and filterable as roles change daily.
The build
We split the journeys so candidates find roles and employers find services, then built a bespoke, faceted jobs board – filters for type, location, discipline and language, each with live counts – plus individual role pages. A bold, terminal-inspired identity and animated hero signal credibility to a technical audience.
