Vector is a specialist talent partner hiring for AI and infrastructure companies - “precision hiring for the next era of compute”. The brand needed to feel as technical as the companies it serves.
The brief
Hiring in AI and infrastructure is competitive, and the audience is discerning and technical. A generic recruitment site wouldn’t earn their attention – the brand had to signal deep credibility immediately.
The build
We built a dark, high-contrast site with an animated data-field hero and green accents native to the sector. Clear categories – frontier AI, infrastructure, dev tools and AI platforms – plus a live jobs board and a “teams built at” proof section, all component-driven so new roles slot in cleanly.
